COVID-19 – Policies Implemented To Limit Exposure

As the world health community continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 virus, Lanes End, Inc. is taking active measures to protect the well-being of our employees, customers, business associates and friends, while ensuring we continue to meet business needs.

At Lanes End, Inc. we are taking every precaution possible to minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19. Effective immediately, the following policies have been implemented to limit the exposure to our employees and our customers:

  • We are limiting all in-person customer relations.  We encourage you to use the USPS to mail us your correspondence or email us. Should you need to drop off correspondence there will be a “drop box” outside the business office located at 21 Lanes End Road, Melvin Village. It will be checked throughout the day.

Additionally:

  • We have communicated with all of our employees the safety measures that we are taking with regards to the workplace. We have highlighted important safety practices employees should continue to embrace (ie: staying home when sick or suspect possible exposure, increased hand washing, clean/sanitize touched surfaces, etc.)

  • We will continue to communicate regularly and stay on top of the news to ensure we can plan ahead and react quickly to new developments as best we can. We will monitor and follow the guidance from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (www.osha.gov) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov).

As you are aware, we are approaching our busiest time of year. We remain committed to making sure our operations continue to run as smoothly as possible. Keeping our team safe, while maintaining high quality and timely service to our customers, are our top priorities.

We thank you for your understanding. Please take care of yourself and be well.
